Equipment :
- For all mountain ascent or climb, be sure to have the suitable and appropriate equipment for the trip booked.

Training :
- For safaris as well as for every trips proposed, you have to be fit and in good health and are able to walk at least 2hrs per day in strenuous environments.
- For treks, altitude and base camps treks, it is important to be in good health, to be a good walker and to practice sport regularly. It is also recommended to run at least 3 times per week, about ½ hr by session. You must be capable to walk in uneven environments with sometimes important variations, in uncertain climatic conditions, at least 4 hours per day and to carry a light backpack bag every walking day.
- For the ascents up to alt. 6000m, it is recommended to do a test of effort and to run more than 3 times per week, at least ½ hr by session. you will be asked to have the requisite knowledge corresponding to your trip (walking with crampons, getting out of crevasses, ropes knots...) ; you will be asked a list of your previous trips and ascents.
To perfect your knowledge, we encourage you to participate in a glacier school or sign up for a less elevated summits to perfect your experience.
