From the Reach Summit® Luxury Holiday Travel website you have access to our 'by invitation' online travel directory. We carefully select the travel suppliers diplayed on the website. When making an enquiry, you will be redirected to our travel supplier in charge of the package proposed (with the special offers attached to it if you are a member).

The supplier will arrange for the provision of the services and facilities included in the package selected. When booking with a third-party travel supplier, you understand that the suppliers terms & conditions apply and you fully abide by them. Violating those suppliers' terms & conditions may result to the cancellation of you booking, forfeiture of your monnies and the extra cost that such violation would entails. Reach Summit® bears no responsability in the service provided, cancellation or any decision that the third-party supplier will take about your booking. In no event shall Reach Summit® be liable for any consequential dommage that may arise. When booking, you are considered to have read and understood the full content of the third-party travel supplier's terms & conditions and have understood the restrictions that may apply.

TRIP ALTERATION

Although we do our best to adhere to the schedule proposed on the website, all itineraries are subject to change for various reasons beyond our control. Your guide's decision is final. Reach Summit® reserve the right to modify its itinerary, prices or any part of a trip without any prior notice.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to alter the prices of any holidays proposed on the website, change information of your package or to cancel any trip without prior notice. In case we cancel your holiday package, you wil receive a full refund of the money paid, except the extra costs for concierge service and amendments of the initial package proposed.

EXTRA FEES

Reach Summit® reserve the right to apply additional fees on top of the price of your trip if document and payment have not been received on time (final installment and documents have to be received 30 days before departure). Applicable fees are 5% of the total trip cost and can be renewed 21 and 14 days before departure dates if documents and payments have not been completed at that time. No complain or extra delay are acceptable.
