REACH SUMMIT proposes you to book thanks to a deposit though a secured PAYPAL payment. As soon you have chosen your trip, thank you to print and sign the contracts mentionned below. Send the certification documents. You will receive invoice will  be sent..

• Documents to provide :

As soon as you've booked your trip, thank you to read, sign and return the following PDF documents with the certificates requiered :
- Trip application and Policy
- Trip Acknowledgment

Plus :
- Medical Certificate : with the mention of the altitude you are authorised to trek or climb to and the name of the mountain for all climbing trips
- Flight Ticket
- Insurance Policy : full insurance cover for yourself and your trip including repatriation and helicopter rescue for all trips in Nepal
- Photocopy of your passeport identity page
- 4 identity photos : has to be brought on trip for visas or other formalities
These documents will validate your booking and will allow us to take in account the organization of your trip.
