- We offer flexible trip dates when booking with a group from 2 pers on the schedule that you prefer.

- We welcome small groups from 1 to 4 people and larger ones with the same enthusiasm.

- We also customize your itinerary. All trips can be combined with safaris, climbing, islands visit, and cultural discovery. Do not hesitate to mix trips.

- Complete your itineray with extra services : French-speaking guide, extra porters, personal tents, individual hotel room to suit the comfort you expect. 

- Make your booking easy with the secure Paypal technology in euro ONLY. Ask for flexible payment alternatives like Wire transfer or Debit card (with extra fee).

- When paying through bank transfers, client is responsible for all bank charges. If your bank payment give rise to such charges upon Reach Summit®, the client will be invoiced accordingly.

- All expenses not included in the trip (personal expenses, helicopter rescue, supplementary oxygen, telephone, internet ....) must be paid to Reach Summit® prior departure or at the end of the trip.

- Reach Summit® reserve the right to modify its itinerary, prices or any part of a trip without any notice. Clients under the age of 18 will not be accepted. We may require supplement medical tests or training session for all person who is considered by Reach Summit® unsuitable for the trip booked - mandatory for members aged 60 and +. Reach Summit decision is final.

 

- Reach Summit® reserve the right to apply additional fees on top of the price of your trip if document and payment have not been received on time (final installment and documents have to be received 30 days before departure). Applicable fees are 5% of the total trip cost and can be renewed 21 and 14 days before departure dates if documents and payments have not been completed at that time. No complain or extra delay are acceptable.
