REACH SUMMIT makes your booking easy. Booking Procedure :

 

- 90 days before departure : Reserve your trek by sending your deposit . 

 

- 60 days before departure : read, understand and fill all application forms. Send the documents required

 

- 30 days before departure : confirm your booking by paying the final installment. All payment has to be completed at that time.

 

 

 

- Make your booking easy with the secure Paypal technology in euro ONLY.  Ask for flexible payment alternatives : Email payment, Wire transfer, Moneygram if you want to pay with a different currency. You should pay your trip with the currency of your country of origin. If you pay in euro while leaving in a country outside of the euro zone, you will be charged the difference if there is so.

 

- When paying through bank transfers, client is responsible for all bank charges. If your bank payment give rise to such charges upon Reach Summit, the client will be charged accordingly.

 

- All expenses not included in the trip (personal expenses, helicopter rescue, supplementary oxygen, telephone, internet ....) must be paid to Reach Summit prior departure or at the end of the trip. We accept bank transfer, paypal payment or cash. We may require a valid credit card number with proof of sufficient founds on your account to bear such costs before you start your trip.

 

 

 

- Reach Summit reserve the right to modify its itinerary, prices or any part of a trip without any notice. Clients under the age of 18 will not be accepted and we may require supplement medical tests or training session for all person who is considered by Reach Summit unsuitable for the trip booked. Reach Summit decision is final.

 

- Reach Summit reserve the right to apply additional fees on top of the price of your trip if document and payment have not been received on time (final installment and documents have to be received 30 days before departure). Amount of fees are 5% of the total trip cost and can be renewed 20 and 15 days before departure dates if documents and payments have not been completed at that time. No complain or extra delay are acceptable.

 

 

- Although we do our best to adhere to the schedule proposed on the website, all itineraries are subject to change for various reasons beyond our control. Your guide's decision is final.
