  • Plus :
 
       Medical Certificate: with the mention of the altitude you are authorised to trek or climb to and the name of the mountain for all climbing trips. We strongly recommend that you visit a sports physician specialised in sports, mountain or outdoor activities as well as a cardiologist for all 5000m altitude climbs. Above 6000m, we urge you to undergo a test of effort.
 
     Airline ticket details.
 
     Insurance Policy: full insurance cover for yourself and your trip including repatriation, helicopter & aircraft rescue. Travel insurance recommended >
 
     Photocopy of your passport identity page.
 
     4 identity photos:  to keep with you for visa, permits and other formalities.

All PayPal payment must be sent to a reachsummit.com email address only.
 
 
  •  Be aware
Clients who do not complete their trip within 6 months from the date of payment of their deposit will have to bear the cost of the revised price and itinerary amendments displayed on the website. After this period, all information disclosed on the website will supersede any and all other previous agreements without any compensation or refund. In case of cancellation after the 6 months period after deposit, any claim of refund will not be accepted.
 
Client agrees that, by booking, (s)he has read, understood and accepted the above downloadable Policy and Acknowledgment of Risk conditions and agreed to abide by them.
  
  • Land Only
All our itinerary are land only. It means that the itinerary does not include the international flight. Domestic flights may not be included as well; please check the "what does the trip include" section in the itinerary page to get further information.
 
Clients should not book their flights until they have received their booking confirmation and received the notice that the trip is garanteed. Reach Summit will not be liable if clients choose to book their international flights before booking their trip. We strongly recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance as most of the low cost airline tickets sold on the internet are not refundable.
